The prices indicated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

Shipping

As a rule, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped. The delivery period within Germany usually amounts to 3-4 business days and 8-16 business days for international shipping. We make every effort to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible, however, we cannot assume any liability for a punctual delivery. In case an article that was ordered is not available, the customer will be notified immediately and if applicable will be informed about the availability of a similar product.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the value of the order as well as the delivery address. Our products are generally sent as a DHL insured letter. Please not that in the case of deliveries outside the EU additional fees in the form of customs are possible.

Return shipment

The customer has the right to cancel the sales contract by sending an email or letter declaring the return of the product and returning the unused product in its original packaging to us. We recommend an insured return shipment with a shipment tracking so that in the case of a loss of the shipment a proof of shipment can be presented.
